The Partners

After accumulating years of experience in the field of development, a group of friends who met during their Computer Science course at PUC in 2008 decided to join forces in 2013 to found Martinlabs, now known as Simpli. Each of the partners pursued a specific specialization to take on leadership roles, but they all remain involved in project leadership, staying closely connected to the technical field.

With extensive experience in the software market since 2010, "Meira" has explored cutting-edge technologies that are transforming the world. He was a pioneer in the development of Mobile, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, being responsible for bringing job opportunities and partnerships to Simpli since the early stages of these technologies. Always up-to-date with the latest innovations, he establishes significant connections and has led important advancements in the Neo blockchain.
Gil Lopes Bueno
Co-Founder & CTO
Studying development since 2003 and working in the field since 2007, Gil worked as a developer at NIC.br from 2010 until the founding of Simpli. He led the development of more than 40 projects, mostly highly complex distributed systems. Serving in roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, and primarily as Tech Lead, Gil demonstrated his vast knowledge in development and scalable systems architecture. Currently, he works as a consultant, even for projects that already have a Tech Lead, particularly leading highly complex projects.
Ricardo Akio Kobayashi
COO
Organized, systematic, and pragmatic, "Koba" translates dreams into reality both for Simpli and its clients. He is a methodical project manager, capable of putting any project on track while maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. Kobayashi is responsible for handling Simpli's daily bureaucracy, including the financial and legal areas, and is the key piece that interconnects the various departments. He was the Project Manager of notable successes such as Apptite, iTrack, Desabafa, and Sharity.

"Campos" is the one who always brings back the human element ("H2H") to Simpli. As a project manager, he is always deeply involved in the needs of the company's clients and employees. Campos leads the Human Resources department, mediates internal and external conflicts, and is a technical expert in data extraction, processing, and analysis of large volumes. He was instrumental in the scalability of iTrack, SimpliData, and many other projects.
