Ricardo Meira do Prado
CEO
With more than a decade of application development experience, Ricardo is a founding partner and Executive Director of Simpli, a COZ affiliate in Brazil with a team of more than 20 employees. For the past 4 years, he has specialized in blockchain solutions for enterprises, strategically leading projects such as building private networks, developing DApps and Smart Contracts.
Gil Lopes Bueno
Co-Founder & CTO
Gil Lopes Bueno has been working with software development since 2007. Graduated in Computer Science from PUC-SP, he worked as a Fullstack and Mobile Web developer at the .BR Information and Coordination Center until 2013. He is currently a founding partner and CTO of Simpli, formerly Martinlabs.
He led the development of more than 40 projects, mostly distributed systems of high complexity with positions of Project Manager and Product Owner, but mainly as Tech Lead, for his vast knowledge in developing scalable systems architecture.
Ricardo Akio Kobayashi
COO
Founding partner and COO, graduated in Computer Science at PUC-SP. Having experience in iOS, backend and complex queries, he helped manage projects, acting as CTO at Apptite.
Tiago Machado de Campos
Director & Project Manager
Tiago Machado de Campos has been working with software development since 2011. Graduated in Computer Science from PUC-SP, he has worked as a Backend, Mobile and AI developer.
Currently Partner of Simpli, formerly Martinlabs. Today, his focus is acting as Project Manager and Director, in addition to leading large projects.
